Ponguleti responded by making official records, land registers, and relevant departmental orders public, stating that all procedures were carried out according to regulations and no irregularities occurred. Additionally, he presented a detailed video that clearly showed the land transfer process, the consent of the concerned officials, and the dialogue with the local population.
